My house area in the west already limited the no of foreigners buying . what do you call that ? ethnic restriction ? Right now if i were to sell my house i only can sold to SC or PRs and for both PR to buy they must min be in spore in 3yrs to qualify..is there no other way to sell off my hdb ?
