Since your MOP will only be fulfilled in August 2013, you can start to prepare for valuation report during late July. Signing of Seller's checklist is also required. To order to proceed with your case, since you are located overseas, might require some coordination, if you have no intention to return to SG at all. As in regards to how much you can sell, it will be dependent on your actual unit's location, facing, condition, level and ethnic restriction.
