My fiancée and I are first time buyers looking for ECs in Sengkang/Punggol area. We can financially support a 3BR (99sqm) or a 4BR (105sqm) apartment. Planning to stay for 10 to 12 yrs.
Which is a better investment?

Hi Andy,

3 bedroom will be a better investment as it's easier to find tenants with lower rent and easier to find buyers with lower price too.

The most recent new launches at Sengkang / Punggol are Bellewater (Anchorvale Cresent), The Terrace (Punggol Drive / Edgedale Plains) and The Amore (Punggol Central / Edgedale Plains).

Earlier launched ECs with balance units include Ecopolitan (Punggol Walk, Estimated TOP end of 2015 / early 2016) and Waterwoods (Punggol Field Walk)

Can I meet you to explain and share the available units in above development for your consideration? No commission is payable on your side as developer will be paying my commission.

I promise my whole hearted service to find the most ideal unit for your own stay.

Thanks and happy holidays!

Warmest regards,
Alfred

Good day to you Andy,

You have made the right choice by choosing to go for an EC. Many of our clients who are not eligible are very keen in ECs.

If you ask me which is a better investment choice, I would say it really depends.

If a 4 bedroom is within reach and will not overstretch your finances, you may consider going for it.

However, most first timers tend to go for 3 Bedrooms as it is more affordable.

Has anyone advised you on your eligibility to purchase, if not, I will be glad to assist you.

Feel free to get in touch with us.

Cheers,

Leonard Tan
