Based on your case, I would say that the current unit is owned by both your dad and mum. In order to sell it, we will need to get medical reports from specialist and assign a trustee for your dad, under mental capacity act. With all the necessary paperwork in hand, we can then proceed with the latter documentation required for purchase.
