My family of 4, lives in Punggol 5rm HDB fully paid.(90% paid from my CPF). In 2012, I solely bought a condo opp Punggol MRT, for investment. I am 60years, still working. Felt market uncertainty and to free myself financial commitments, should I sell my condo (TOP 2017). I still have $500K (in CPF OA and SP after setting aside for Medisave and Retirement). My current loan is SD 114K, undisbursed loan $464K. Savings SD100K. Pls advise.

Afternoon,

As your condo have being puat based in 2012, you will be liable for SSD of 4 to 8% should you sell it now. If you are not in a rush to sell, why not hold onto it till you have fulfilled 4 years? This would reduce your cost of selling.
