My daughter is Doctor and son in law is on work permit fro usa . They are planning to settle in Singapore and bought house .we are in exports and guest house business in INDIA . we wish to expand our Guest house Business in Singapore being hot tourist market ,
I wish to initially take on either rent or buy property for Bed and Break Fast Home which requires owners stay .I want it in little India area where i can open shop also to display and sell garments which we export.My questions are.
1. can i take on rent to run the project and invest to have stay /resident permit
2. how much investment required .
3. what is going to be cost of property
6-8rooms with attached bath and kitchenette suitable for guest house and bed breakfast and service apartment on 2-3 floors .ac
