My client rebuilt her semi-d into a 2 storey apt.She lives at the first floor and wants to rent out second floor,1500sq ft,4+1.open concept kitchen with pte stair case.There is also a lap pool.Rent: $4800.Still no takers.Any advice how to proceed?
