Good morning buyer,

Out of three selections, I feel that Sim Urban Oasis is the best due to its strategic location to city. You should not have problems finding tenants.

Botanique's location is good as well but there are a few developments in the surrounding area so you might have fierce competition for tenants.

It's a good project in North Park but the surrounding might not support the supply of tenants you are desiring for.

Hi, if your budget is kept at 700k, then I'm afraid only Sims Urban could matched close to it. And personally I feel it is a good project as your tenant would likely comes from the foreign University, James Cook, where it has a few thousands students currently. Sims Urban project is also my company project from Propnex so pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance on price list and floor plan.
