My boyfriend brought an 5 room resalt flat under his own name. I have brought an 1 bedder private condo under my own name.
1) If we would get married, will we need to disposed any one of the property?
2) If we are married, if one of us have passed away, will the another party get to take over the deceased property?
3) If we get to keep both property? How the property tax be calculated?
