My aunt flat is joint tenancy with her late husband passed away more than 10 years ago. does she still need submit dead cert or other documents relating to her late husband or just her own documents will do when selling her flat

Afternoon,

Since her late husband have pass on, your aunt will need the death certificate to process with transmission on the unit. This will then allow your aunt to sell the unit.
