My agent mentioned that there less buyer in the market right now and asking me to sell my unit at valuation or below. My location is near to sch (20 m) and studentcare. There lot of bus services but low floor. Should I listen to my agent to release the unit at below valuation. Agent is very busy and alway told us no viewer. My neighbours had sucessfully sold off recently at $450k and furthermore that is a 2nd floor unit.
