Good morning Leonard! I will recommend you to do a in principle approval with banks first to find out how much can you loan. Feel free to contact me if you need bankers' contact. For example, if after you place a booking fee or option money for an unit, you find out you are unable to take a loan. You will lose out that booking fee or option money.
