Me & my wife are SPR, then we have an overseas property, so i know i can't get HDB in sg. But what is the other option that i can get it (e.g condo, EC , commercial & ...) ? I am planning to use me & my wife CPF $ rather than keep in CPF... Since our CPF is not so much, so which type have the low entry level to invest ?

Hi Mr Leonard, You may wish to purchase a new condo which is typically cheaper than a resale condo. Starting prices of condo start from about $540k-$600k depending on tenure, preferred location and distance to amenities. Please feel free to contact me for some options. Hi Leonard As per your question on low entry level to invest, you could consider 2 projects. 1 will be a new project which would be around 500k to 550k for 1 bedroom, and the other will be a resale EC. Regards Aaron 9730 8455  aaronchong2774@yahoo.com.sg Read More

Good morning Leonard! I will recommend you to do a in principle approval with banks first to find out how much can you loan. Feel free to contact me if you need bankers' contact. For example, if after you place a booking fee or option money for an unit, you find out you are unable to take a loan. You will lose out that booking fee or option money. As for usage of CPF funds, it will only be applicable to residential property in Singapore. Hope it helps! Cheers!
