Me & hubby are aged 55 and thinking of selling our property. We have set aside the full Retirement Sum and current Medisave Minimum Sum (MMS). Do we still need to refund the principal amount withdrawn for housing and accrued interest to CPF?

Evening,

After the sales of your HDB unit, the CPF monies will be returned to both your CPF account. If you are looking at withdrawal of CPF monies for the purchase of the next residential unit, it would be ideal to obtain approval from CPF on the exact amount available before moving forward.

Do contact me again should you require further assistance.
