Me and my wife are from Malaysia and currently holding SPR. We have 2 properties in Malaysia both joint name. My wife wanted to apply for citizenship next year after her SPR status reach 2 years. We are planning to buy resale hdb in the future. In this case, can we just transfer the property name to our parent but the property bank loan still under us? Can we apply for hdb 90% loan for resale unit? How much is the stamp duty?
