Me and my spouse wish to sell our 5 rooms flat and decide to downgrade to 4 rooms. The problem is, my spouse is a bankruptcy person and there is no way we could go for a bank loan nor hdb loan as this is our 2nd loan with hdb. Any agent with this exp, pls leave your contact no. Many thanks!

Evening Vee,

Given that both of you have good credit records and healthy income status, you can always write into HDB to appeal for market rate loan. The procedure will be lengthy and draggy but I have clients whom managed to get it done.
