Me and my brother r both below 35, both SC. Our first property purchase. Nvr owned any in the past. Looking for a hdb resale range 350-400k
3bedrooms. Any region. Preferably bukit batok, yishun or amk or any where along the purple mrt line.
May I know what are the cash downpayment like? Or r we eligible in the first place. Not orphans fyi.

I'm regret to inform you that you are not eligible to purchase any new or resale HDB flat.

Current there are no such scheme in HDB available for your situation.

I’m Daniel Tan from Huttons.

As both of you are under the age of 35, you will not be eligible for the joint single scheme. Therefore you will not be able to purchase a resale HDB.

You may look into getting a private property, as private market do not have any age restrictions.
