May I know if it is worth buying a Unit at Coco Palm now or next year? I am thinking of buying a pool view unit, but that is at least $50k more, those facing the road is so noisy and there is only BTO view, I don't my visitor will be impressed at all. I heard that Gov is releasing land for sale and the tender will close on 14 Dec 2018, when will we know the development plan? I am keen to buy a 3 bedroom unit.

Hi,

Are you referring to the government land sales near pasir ris mrt? It might be good to purchase now before the full development plans are announced, which will likely trigger higher asking prices from sellers.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Warm Regards,

    Hi Ivan,
Thank you for your reply. Finally, I got a decent response. I am worried that price will be higher when full development is announced, any idea when will it be?
Hi, there isn’t really a perfect time to buy or to sell a property. And for the unit selection, it is advisable to go for a higher floor with unblock view if your budget allows. Reason being you would be able to sell or the rent it out fast in the near future should you decide to do so one day. I am currently marketing units at D’nest and Coco Palm and would be most glad to assist you further.

All new developments launched will only be ready for occupation an estimated 3-4 years down the road. Why are you planning to purchase now? Any specific plans in mind to share such that opinions can be shared and you will then be able to make a more informed decision?
