107A recent transacted on the April @ $420K, and 103B also transacted on the April, but was higher @ $465K, valuation is at $460K.
As for your unit on what is the best price that you could fetch, I would like to share with you on this... Your surrounding have some listings for sale on the market recently, look around the price they are selling, level they are in, and adjust one testing price for negotiation for a start and see how the respond from the buyers.
Do not start with a sky high price to try, or else you will get your unit either stuck, or becoming a showroom for the other units to close.
