May I ask how would the seller know the valuation price of his flat if the Buyer does not disclose the valuation report to the seller? Can the seller demand the same valuation report from HDB?

Good morning Mr. See Toh,

You can definitely check the valuation figures with the buyer but they are not oblige by law to provide you with that information.
You will also not be able to obtain such figures from HDB as the report would have been paid by the buyers.
