Looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in nice location near MRT. What should I budget for a fully furnished one vs a partially furnished one and are they many available at the moment.

Hi Rama,
I'm sure you're referring to a rental unit. In actual fact, there's plenty of units that meets your preference. The only issue being the location that you're ideally looking for. Different locations will have difference in prices. If you're looking at heartland areas, $3k-$4k will be the average.
$4-$5k for the prime districts.
