i've a high floor, direct sea facing corner 3 room upgraded unit (one of a kind in EU standard) in marine terrace and am just exploring the idea of selling high (and in view of the coming mrt in the area) and buy a 4 to 5 room unit within 0.5km of either bedok or pasir mrt stations, smilarly above 7 floor and unobstructed view. any available good choices this week?

Morning,

Finding a suitable unit might be more challenging, in comparison to selling your unit, that's if your asking price is not too high. As for unblocked view, are you referring to zero blockage or certain distance from the next building?

Hi Dan,

I would appreciate if you can work out your plans in more details before making the next move. Things to work on will be understanding your loan eligibility if you do need one as well as the existing selling price of your Marine Terrace unit and the selling price of the units in the location you are looking at. Work out the finances proceeds and decide if you do want to proceed. Rather than moving on aimlessly without knowing what can be done, it would be more beneficial for the serving salesperson too as he/she will be able to serve you more efficiently.
