Hi Mr. Andrew,

1) Just by looking at the property price index published every quarter already telling us the property price is rising.
2) This has been a consistent increase since 2015. There is an increment of 38.4% from 2015 till 2020.
3) How much more would you need before you decide to make a move?
4) The fact is only some condos in town offered smaller units. The current market is launching at least a size of 518sqf/48sqm for a 1 bedroom type.
5) No longer you will find smaller unit as were built 15 years ago.
6) I would suggest you approach a banker to understand how much you could leverage on to understand what is your current position whether you are ready for investing in property.
7) Alternative we could have a short chat or a zoom session to assist you to do an asset financial analysis to decide whether you are ready.
