It depends on whether its for your own stay or for investment.

These are some of the pros and cons:

Pros
1. Huge land size lush landscape gardens exclusive, club-like atmosphere.
2. Low plot ratio 1.6-1.7 (Est only). Master Plan 2.8
3. Lush and resort feeling
4. Potential enbloc potential
5. Easy access via ECP to city

Cons

1. Old leasehold project.
2. 1000 units and huge land size. Enbloc will cost developer billions. Not likely in current market.
