Is it true that for uncompleted condo projects ie. new launches, BSD, ABSD and lawyer fees can be paid directly from CPF?
While for resale condos, BSD, ABSD and lawyer fees has to be paid in cash upfront first and claim reimbursement from CPF at a later stage.
