Hi Mr Pradeep,
I'm sure you have heard that property is mostly about Location. Statistics will always be general and the Investor will have to do own homework with help of a dedicated Realtor to give unbiased advice.
I would recommend you to hold your purchase for 4-7 years to hedge out any blips in price movements.
