The bulk of the profits are already been enjoyed by the Buyers who entered when it was initially launched.

Having said that, 10 years is a very long time in today's property landscape, so there may still be a chance for you to make "some" profits.

My question to you is, have you seen Parc Riveira? If so, do you love the environment and foresee yourself staying there for the next 10 years?
