Is it right for my landlord to ask me to pay for a wear and tear damage cause by a cleaning company? The floor has some water damage and the quote is 560. I had previously paid for the lock which was cause by wear and tear as other unit were facing the same issue. I do not want to pay for something that isn't within my means again. This rental had given me very bad impression on renting in Singapore. I didn't face such issues in other countries.
