Is it possible to make payment for a property purchase in Singapore from an overseas bank account (e.g. Malaysia)? If so, is the payment usually made through a telegraphic transfer into the sellers bank account in Singapore? If not, how else can it be done? Is the payment method from an overseas bank account the same for both residential and commercial properties in Singapore? Thanks.
