Is it possible to get into pre-construction purchase (2014-2015+) in Jurong area, around future hospital, or nearby districts (21, 22, 23, maybe) for S$900k budget from 1000sq.f.? Pls give all options. I'm US citizen looking to invest in SG. Thank you.
