Is it generally easier to let go of an apartment that's already vacant vs owner/tenant-occupied? Does it actually make any real difference in terms of the time to market (ie. reach a final sale)?

Am considering of moving out of my apartment since I don't really want to bother with home viewings while I'm still staying here. If it's indeed easier to let go of the unit then it'll be another worthwhile push factor for me to move out earlier.
