Is it against HDB ruling to exclude electrical appliances such as ceiling fans and lightings, when selling the HDB flat to the buyer; especially when some of these cost quite a sum to me?

Afternoon,

There are fixtures and fitting within a unit which is required to be listed out during the sales. Fitting are decorative items that's not permanently fitted to the property. Fixture are items that are attached to the property where removal will create damages to the wall or ceiling. Things like painting mounted onto the wall with the aid of hooks, the hooks should not be removed but you are to remove the painting.
