It would be good to start sourcing for an agent that you are comfortable with, work out on your plans to sell and/or purchase of another unit. Understanding your financial standing, if you are looking to purchase another unit, will allow not your agent and you to be prepared for the required events and timeline.
Marketing somewhere after CNY is good as that's when buyers will start coming back into the market. It's also due to the reason that you can only acknowledge the seller checklist after fulfilling your MOP
