I'm working outside of Singapore and only come back for 2 weeks a year at most. When I'm back in Singapore, I would like to stay in my own place instead of a hotel. I'm looking to buy a property that would be managed by a management team to help me lease out my apartment for 50 weeks a year, and for me to stay that 2 weeks while I'm back. Are there any such properties like these in Singapore (something like a serviced apartment, I guess)? My budget is around SGD 1.5mil. Thanks for any reply!

Afternoon Han,

With your budget, you can look into 2 or 3 bedroom condo. You can opt to rent it out for 11 months, instead of 1 full calendar year.

Yes, there are several great condos made for resort-style living in in-city or near-sea locations that you can purchase.
Furthermore, there will be a team managing your apartment.
Basically, its your home when you are home. ITs a serviced apartment when you are away.
