Hi Candy,

To estimate the max loan you can get and monthly mortgage amount, we need to know the monthly income figures as well.

Just that based on downpayment of 200k alone, a property price of around 605k could be something we can look at.

Anyway, basing on the USSD$9k income, assuming it is monthly fixed local income as well as no other financial commitments, based on my estimation, your maximum purchase price of a property is in the range of just under $620,000 with the amount of funds you have on hand. Basing on income strictly, your loan eligibility is in the range of $1.1m. The loan to value ratio is 75% maximum therefore 25% downpayment has to be made in either cash and/or CPF.

The figures above require to be verified with a banker to confirm though as it is based on a rough estimation.
