Morning Mr. Hock,

At the current moment, it's more of buyer's market. The PR buyers will have to wait till they have fulfilled 3 years. The ABSD are preventing eligible PR buyers to have lesser cash for COV. Since PR are not paying higher COV, SG buyer will definitely follow the trend. And I believe news have being telling everyone that COV quantum have dropped over the months. Furthermore, there are ethnic/SPR restriction for some of the blocks nearer to AMK Hub. There are multiple factors that can affect the possible selling price, in respect to the asking price.
