I'm planning to sell my HDB near Jurong point to move into my upcoming BTO. I'm looking for answers to following 2 qns.

1) ROUGHLY how much can i ask for my flat given it's neatly maintained and got no major problems? (4rm, 86sq, 8th floor, 10mins max walk to Boon Lay MRT)

2) When shld I start looking for agents given I want to sell my HDB before my BTO keys arrive in Q2 2016?

Afternoon,

Depending on unit actual location and facing, not forgetting ethnic restriction if applicable, the asking price ranges around $390k to $440k. With the festive season around the corner, it would be good to start marketing your unit after CNY. Over exposure of your unit will tell unwanted stories to potential buyers.
