I'm planning to sell my HDB near Jurong point to move into my upcoming BTO. I'm looking for answers to following 2 qns.
1) ROUGHLY how much can i ask for my flat given it's neatly maintained and got no major problems? (4rm, 86sq, 8th floor, 10mins max walk to Boon Lay MRT)
2) When shld I start looking for agents given I want to sell my HDB before my BTO keys arrive in Q2 2016?
