I'm planning to either rent OR sell my condo I purchased early 2011, can someone advise what's the current caveats, obligations, extra fees, pros and cons based on current market sentiment?

Evening,

If you have purchased your unit after 13 Jan 2011 and opt to sell your unit after 12 Jan 2015, you will not be liable for SSD. With data given, we are aware that both rental and sales market have soften. Hence it would be heavily dependent on your intended purpose after the sales.
