I'm interested in to invest a home in Singapore. I'm a Singaporean and my wife is a Malaysian/ Australian PR. We are both currently working in Australia and owned a property in Australia. I have about $60k in OA account but no further income in Singapore.What is my option at this stage and will there be a problem getting financing from the bank? Would appreciate any advices.
