Good evening buyer,

As a foreigner you are eligible to purchase private condos or apartments and landed in Sentosa. But do take note you will be subject to 15% ABSD thus your initial outlay will be about 28% of purchase price.

28% initial outlay:
1) 20% downpayment (provided you can obtain a 80% bank loan)
2) estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty
3) 15% ABSD
4) $3k legal fees
5) other misc fees like valuation fee, stamp duty for mortgage etc.
