I'm currently the owner of an EA in Sembawang, I heard that due to the location and flat type it might be difficult to sell off. Just like to know if its true? My unit is on high floor, 130sqm. I wonder if all HDB units will have their takers and what if nobody wants my flat?

Afternoon David,

I have heard that there are buyers who purchase HDB resale unit, knowing that it have loan shark issue. Even units near Woodlands Checkpoint and "haunted" units have their group of buyers. But what makes such transaction possible is the asking price, conditions and timing.
