I'm actually looking for a place (self stay), 3 bed room in either newton/novena mrt (dist within 400m from mrt to condo),
budget of less than 1mil, size would preferably be 1100sqf n above. would also prefer a unit that is from year 2005.
i dun mind if the units are abit older but with recent reno.
