I'm a foreigner looking to purchase a new property launch project in Singapore. From what i've been told, i need to come to Singapore to sign the S&P agreement with the lawyer. Are there any conveyancing lawyers that allow remote signing of S&P and then only to travel to Singapore when the new launch has been built and ready?

Hi Mr Derek

Pls note that the stamp duty payable for a foreigner is 15% + 3% = 18%.

Derek is asking about remote signing. Why you tell him about stamp duty?
