If the terms of sale mentioned in the option to purchase happen to be slightly different to the status of the sale as mentioned in the e transfer notice ( obtained at the completion of the sale), which terms wil stand? the initial document mentioned allowing the ex owner to stay in the apartment for 1 year as a tenant, while the e transfer certificate mentions that the sale is with "vacant posession". Am i obliged to let the ex-owner stay in the apartment as a tenant for the next 1 year??
