Formula for obtaining sales proceeds in your HDB sale is as follows:
Sale Price minus
1) outstanding housing loan
2) CPF used and accrued interest
3) Valuation of $170.50 (will be reimbursed by buyer)
4) HDB legal fees of $200+
5) Resale HDB submission of $80
6) 2% of sale price as agent's commission
If you are able to furnish me with more exact information of your unit, I will be able to have more knowledge about that area thus can advise you further.
You have to understand that you have to put aside 50% of your cash proceeds in your next HDB purchase if you are using HDB loan.
