Good morning!

Application of ABSD will depends on how many residential property you own.

If both of you are SC and purchasing your first property individually, no ABSD.

But if you guys are purchase a second property respectively then each of you will be subject to 7% ABSD.

Maybe you can elaborate more on your potential purchase so I will be in a better position to advise you.

The agents here have give you good explanations. There will be no ABSD involved should each of you decide to own a condo each if both of you are Singapore Citizens.

This is assuming both of you do not own any other properties.
