Hi ECP condo looker,

Once you have fulfilled the MOP of your HDB flat, you are absolutely eligible to purchase a private property.

Question is have you fulfilled the MOP?

If you do, you are eligible to loan up to 80% of the valuation/ purchase price of your next property. Cash outlay will be 5% of the purchase price but if your CPF cant cover the 15% CPF downpayment, shortfall will be in cash as well.
