if I hve to buy condo or resale HDB, how much money other than 20% of intial cost should I have to shell out? I am a foreigner and would like to buy a property in singapore.. I am working here in singapore.. Thanks

Morning Anu,

As foreigner, you are not eligible for HDB unit. You can only purchase private condos. If you managed to get 80% loan, other than 20% downpayment, you are also liable for 15% ABSD, 3% Standard Stamp duty and legal fee.
