If I have a corner 4 rm hdb and wish to purchase my neighbour's 3 rm flat to be converted to a bigger single unit, will HDB allow that? If yes, will they still allow that if I already own a condo? Thanks

Afternoon,

If you want to purchase your neighbor unit, you will have to apply through HDB for approval. They will need to study the structural build up of both unit before providing with the approval.
As purchase of neighboring unit and combining it into a Jumbo is considered as new purchase, you will be required to remove the ownership status on your private property.
