If i engage an agent to sell my condo,what is the minimum agent fee for selling?If after selling i intend to buy again,as a buyer i do not need to pay for the same agent fee again right?Thanks.

Evening,

As agent serving private property sellers, we will be required to share our comm with our co-broke agent. Hence most agent will be asking for 2%. However, there is no hard and fast rule about it. I would be working dependent on your asking price and requirements. As for the purchase of your next property, commission will be payable if you are losing at HDB unit.
