Dear sir/madam, If your specific objective in making a property purchase is for rental returns, Singapore is no longer the best location for such investment in my own opinion. Nevertheless, as the real estate market is not volatile here, the capital assurance is definitely why investors are still putting their money into Singapore. Should you be looking at property purchases with existing tenancy, the chances are that the rental returns are lower than 4%. Its not necessarily the project but the unit that also matters. Having said that even the budget that you have will make the difference.
